WWW Wednesday!

I’m sorry I haven’t been as active on here recently, school has been…well, all my student friends know how it is. So please drop a favorite recent post of yours below so I can at least sort of catch up! Anyways, we’re doing a WWW Wednesday today which is pretty exciting! WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking On A Word of Worlds.

what are you currently reading?

I’m super thankful to Penguin Teen for an arc of this K-drama-inspired novel, because HELLO??? K-DRAMAS??? This follows a girl who is suddenly reunited with her deceased father’s family in Korea whom she’s never met before. But is this glitzy and glamourous family everything that they seem? I’m not very far into this book yet but Lee Minho has already been mentioned so there’s no way this is going to be a bad story. Right?

what did you recently finish reading?

I just finished this historical retelling of Cinderella that follows a girl who’s only hope of escaping her wicked stepmother is to win a competition to win the crown prince’s heart. But when she starts catching feelings for the younger prince, she has an important decision to make. I enjoyed this one quite a bit! It was pretty predictable, but it gave me all the Cinderella vibes (and the 1700s Paris vibes so that’s definitely a win).

I’m a mood reader so either of these are possible picks!

So that’s it! Tell me: what are you reading right now? Are you enjoying it?

      1. It’s this story about a girl who leaves the city she’s lived in these past 10 years and moves back to her small hometown. There she gets a new job, meets new friends and falls in love. It’s such a nice story so far 🙂
