Tag Tuesday: Top 5 Favorite Booktube Channels! // ft. small and big channels I love!

Hi friends! If you know me, then you know that I LOVE booktube. Seriously, picking just five of my favorite channels hurt my soul until I remembered that I could make more posts talking about booktube. It’s not like I’m a blogger or anything. I also want to apologize for not being around much, school is beyond painful. Truly, I very much miss reading everyone’s posts and interacting with everyone. I hope you can forgive me!

Top 5 Tuesday is hosted by the wonderful Shanah @ Bionic Bookworm!

Naya Reads And Smiles!

Naya’s video discussing being black on booktube

Naya is one of my favorite booktubers of ever. She’s always reading books that have never even crossed my radar! Her voice is so very important in this community, especially, and the video above is a discussion of her experience as a black woman on booktube. It really resonated with me because I relate in several ways even not being on booktube. Also, she gives amazing hair product recommendations!

Naya’s vlog of reading Jackpot by Nic Stone

And I totally fell in love with her reading vlogs, because she’s so bright and fun and positive, even when she doesn’t like a book she still has such energy and passion! I’d totally recommend checking out her channel if you haven’t yet!

A Clockwork Reader!

one of her amazing recommendation videos!

Hannah is incredible for so many reasons: her bookshelves are crazy aesthetic, her reading recommendations are spot-on, and her voice is super soothing. She could actually be an audiobook narrator. This year, she went through an eating disorder and has been open about her struggles. I cried watching her update video after she came back from hiatus because her story is so powerful.

a vlog of reading and shopping and hauling

She’s another amazing vlogger! HER ENTIRE CHANNEL IS SO AESTHETIC I CAN’T. I’m always so entertained watching her. Also…I see you, Cooky pillow hiding in the corner of the thumbnail.

Brittany The Bibliophile!

a huge haul that made me add way too many books to my tbr

Brittany is a hiddem gem in this community. She’s another very bright, energetic booktuber! All of her videos are incredibly high quality and super entertaining. Vlogs, hauls, wrap-ups, TBR vids, I love them all equally. Her make-up is always on point, girl teach me your ways!

her september bullet journal

Okay but I cannot believe how GORGEOUS her bullet journals are??? I haven’t stopped screaming over how cute and original they are. Every month’s spread is super unique and I LOVE getting to watch flip-throughs and getting sneak peeks in her vlogs! One of the best booktubers out there!

Throne of Pages!

her most recent reading vlog as of this post being written!

Isabella is a new favorite of mine! She’s absolutely HILARIOUS, and her energy is so contagious. Another important voice in this community! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve giggled watching one of her videos! And her fangirling about Frankly in Love is making me even more excited to read it, somehow.

24 hour readathon vlog!

Her reading vlogs are so well edited too. I mean, editing is NOT easy, folks. Now excuse me while I go binge more of her videos lol.

Meltotheany!

asmr september owlcrate unboxing

Melanie is one of the most well-known people in the book community, and for good reason. She’s one of the sweetest people who’s always bringing attention to diverse stories and authors. She could honestly tell me to read Twilight and I’d listen because she’s that convincing. And ASMR unboxings??? With books??? HOW COULD YOU NOT BE EXCITED.

bts unboxing!

Her vlogs are also so freaking good, I lived for her Reading Rush vlogs every day of that week lol. Also, her love for BTS? It means everything to me, y’all. Jimin approves.

And that’s it! Sorry this was so long, but I really wanted to give some booktubers some love! Tell me: who are your favorites? Do you watch any of these channels?

  2. I freaking loved Brittany, she was a hidden gem for me aswell, only discovered her like 2 months ago! Mel is also lovely, I’ve still got to catch up on her videos. Also pretty sure that I have Naya in my subs too aswell as Hannah. I haven’t seen or heard of Isabella so i’ve added her video to my ‘watch later’ list to see how she meshes with my tastes.

But my long-running fave has been Regan from PeruseProject and Britt from BasicallyBritt. Their voices and vlogs are just so soothing for me ^_^
