Hi friends! I didn’t get many books this month (because I’m a broke student) but that’s okay. And if you’re asking why this is so late, it’s because I didn’t want to do one but then was like “well what if someone wants to buddy read?” and ended up here.
I need to start using the new cover but like I already have the old one saved. I’m so thankful to Flatiron Books for sending me an ARC of this! Magical Paris is one of my many weaknesses.
I’m still a bit befuddled on the actual content of this book but “someone is always watching”? DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE INTRIGUE.
Anastasia Romanov is one of my favorite historical stories, and I can’t wait to see what Nadine does with it??? She kills the historical fantasy game.
So that’s it! NO high fantasy for once which is insane. Tell me a book you hauled this month!

I’m so jealous that you got Enchantee and Romanov – they’re two books that I’m the most excited about because they sound incredible. I really hope you enjoy them and I can’t wait to see what you think of them!

Ooh these all look so exciting!! And I didn’t even know Romanov was a thing?? And the whole mystery about Anastasia Romanov has intrigued me for so long – at least until I found out a few months back that all along it had been proven Anastasia never had escaped because the DNA was tested of one of the most famous people who claimed to be Anastasia and did not match Anastasia’s. So. 😂 Still, it would be so interesting to read this one!
