SO. November is upon us.
And there’s like a million new releases* which is scary. But it’s also my birthday month (yes, I am that extra) so yeah. BUT that’s not what y’all are here for so let’s do this anticipated releases thing!
*which is about 999,999 more than I knew about so I’M NOT OBLIVIOUS AT ALL *nervous laughter
Skyward by Brandon Sanderson | The book all the epic fantasy fans want, and the one I didn’t know existed until like two weeks ago. I enjoyed the first Mistborn trilogy and while the premise isn’t really appealing to me, I could possibly give it a chance. Talking spaceships deserve something, ya know?
Archenemies by Marissa Meyer | OKAY BUT I WILL NEVER NOT* BE ASTOUNDED BY THE GORGEOUSNESS OF THIS COVER. After the amazingness that was Renegades, I’m slightly terrified but mostly desperate to see what Marissa will do next. #NIGHT SKETCH/NODRIAN FOREVER.
*by the way look up Never Not by Lauv and your ears will be forever blessed you’re welcome
Empress of All Seasons by Emiko Jean | I have wanted this FOR FOREVER. Literally, a Japanese-inspired novel with seasonal magic rooms is all I’ve ever wanted but didn’t know I wanted.
Fire’s Hope by E, Kathryn | I was so lucky to be able to beta-read this, and it was really good! I actually think the release date was JUST pushed back to the 20th but I’m not sure so…go me. I’m so on top of things right now ahaha.

I am so grateful to Turner for an ARC of this, and here’s a review of this one! It is what I believe to be one of the best contemporary books of the year, and a voice sorely needed in the YA world!
November 27, 2018
Amber and Dusk by Lyra Selene | I forgot what this one is about* but I remember being super interested so yay! Actually, there might be some political intrigue in here and I’m so happy.
*i told you: memory of a goldfish
So that’s it! There are several more books coming out in November that I’m interested in, but only these made the cut. Tell me your most anticipated book of November, and/or your favorite cover! Catch ya later, au revoir!
